We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit an estimate request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any project details or address you provide. When you subscribe to updates we collect your email address.

Our host also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss your estimate, schedule and carry out work, and — if you have subscribed — to send occasional painting advice. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, email delivery provider and customer records system — and only to the extent they need it. Those providers are bound to protect it and use it solely on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@brivonpainting.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting work already booked.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages and keep the site secure. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit. We limit internal access to enquiry data to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
