Terms of Service

You may browse and use this site for personal or business purposes connected with enquiring about our services. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or scraping it at a scale that degrades service for others.

Requesting an estimate places no obligation on either side. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope discussed and observed at the time. Where hidden conditions are uncovered once work begins — rot, water damage, failed substrate or previously concealed repairs — we will pause, explain the finding and agree any change in scope with you before continuing.

Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. No pricing is published on this website; every project is quoted individually.

Booked dates depend on you providing safe, reasonable access to the work area at the agreed times. Exterior work is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled where conditions would compromise the finish or the safety of our crew. We will always tell you as early as we can.

Completed projects carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. It covers defects in our application — peeling, blistering or cracking attributable to how the coating was applied.

It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by impact, structural movement, moisture ingress from an unresolved building fault, alterations by others, or product failure outside our control (which may be covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty). To make a claim, contact us with photographs and a description and we will arrange an inspection.

All text, photography, graphics and the Brivon name and logo on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project photography remains our property; we will always ask before featuring identifiable details of your property.

Guides and articles are general advice, not a substitute for an assessment of your specific property. Colours shown on screen are indicative only — screen calibration and lighting vary, which is why we paint physical samples before you commit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
